They just did a story on the House passage of the energy bill, and the only audio clip they played was of a Republican making fun of a tax credit for riding a bike to work, saying "making people bike to work isn't going to lower gas prices" or something to that affect. And, you guessed it, there was no rebuttal audio clip from a Democrat.
Fair and balanced, right? :mad: I hate the AP radio news.

Venezuela and the Bolivarian Revolution very closely, and I can tell you they are the most rotten of a rotten gaggle of war profiteering corporate news monopolies. Their lies and disinformation on this subject--a subject I know quite a lot about--are almost unbelievable. And when AP news showed up on AAR, I was both shocked and not shocked. You know that feeling, when your worst fears come true? You saw all the signs, and could have predicted it, but still, when it happens, you are open-mouthed at the stupidity and corruption of people you trusted. (It's kind of how I feel about Democratic Party leaders who have enthusiastically supported and defended--and also blackholed news of--rightwing Bushite corporations 'counting' all our votes with 'TRADE SECRET,' PROPRIETARY programming code, with virtually no audit/recount controls. You are so shocked as to be speechless, but then, when you look back, you can see all the signposts of the betrayal.)
