Limbaugh caller claims to be ex-CIA, casts doubt on NIE report

Of all the spin I've heard so far, this one takes the cake. This guy claiming that he used to serve in the CIA calls up Slimeball's program to talk about the NIE report. He claimed that the NIE report can only source "lower level" intel, and that higher level intelligence, not available to the writers of the NIE report, would show that Iran was still developing nuclear weapons.
