update on my uncle

had court hearing - ex-wife went all ballistic and squirrelly on uncle's lawyer - then became calm and composed when the judge came in

motion was filed to dismiss the case because massachusetts has no jurisdiction. (Uncle now live in Minnesota, ex now lives in NY - originally the divorce was in massachusetts)

judge agreed to dismiss, but gave squirrelly the option of filing a brief by 12/16 and state her reasons and cite case law which shows how it is in MA jurisdiction

her other option is to file the case in MN..

as far as the stupid crap she put in the brief regarding other people - if she does file the same stupid crap in MN - then my mother and uncles's new wife can sue the pants off of her

knowing squirelly - it ain't over yet... stay tuned for the continueing saga
