The time that he is paid for for being president belongs to the American people, but, considering the overtime he worked, especially compared to Bush, the time he spent on Monica was probably earned comp time. 20. I was thinking more of the firemen who are opposed to rudy being the ones able to...

put forward such an ad rather than the Dems. There was at least one article recently that stated the firemen of NY were adamantly opposed to rudy and were prepared to do ads, etc, explaining the TRUTH about 9/11 and what happened to their fellow rescuers because of rudy's lack of action.
