The election reporters are off the air for the night, but will be on tomorrow all day/night. Right now, very good background discussions on the amendments, on Rumsfeld's Theater of Oil War II (WaPo today), and other U.S./Venezuela, and Venezuela and Bolivarian Revolution issues.

They're analyzing Rumsfeld's op-ed right now. (It is a virtual declaration of war on Venezuela.) Could be Bushite tactic to scare Venezuelan voters (re: the vote tomorrow), or a real plan for coup/military intervention.
