Registered as a Democrat in CA in 1966.

In Washington there is no registration by party. So, now I'm an Independent.

Which is fine by me.

You can't register a party affiliation in Texas. The only way to "register" as a Democrat is by voting in the Democratic primary election. I am proud to say that I have voted in every Democratic primary since 1972.
