The Engineering of a Diminished Presidency.
Something has changed in the election process and it is a stroke of genius. The last two presidential elections were stolen by voter machine manipulation. Now, we the people caught on so they can't do that again. Well, maybe not. But, this new method is way ahead of the curve.

First, media anoints the front runners-Clinton and Ghouliani. But, we are in a democracy, aren't we? So, what could Corporate America do to diminish the power of a Democrat should one be elected president? Send in the clowns. That's what they do at the circus when they want to divert attention.

Chris Matthews the compulsive obsessive former cheerleader starts to diminish all the candidates by picking up on what they said or might have said fifteen years ago. He asks rhetorical leading questions and some watchers believe the question is a factual statement. Lou Dobbs, another compulsive obsessive, bigot cuts down everyone of the candidates because they are rationally talking about solving the "illegal alien" problem. (My grandfather was an illegal alien.) Even Keith Obermann connects the candidates with a piece on Britney Spears. Then, comes Woof Blister. All together, they create an atmosphere of shear entertainment for the masses.

Did anybody notice that cartoons were asking presidential candidates questions? Oh wait, before you answer that question about Iraq, let's pause for an erection dysfunction (ED) ad and tell you who is on Larry King tomorrow. How about those wrap up questions: "Do you like diamonds or perls, Hillary?" or "Rudy, why did you cheer for the Red Sox?" They were so cute.

I believe the final goal is to make whoever is elected, an entertainer rather than a world leader. Then, Big Business can run the show while the front man entertains. I'm getting more and more disgusted. I still like Dennis but will vote for Edwards. I think both will stand up to Big Business.
