Where would we be if there was no one to oppose the war?
Or if there was no one to oppose war in general? If the warmongers and the violent ones of our society were never challenged, where would we be? How long would we last? As a people? As a country? As a civilization? How long would it take for them to bring death and misery to all humankind?

Do not bow your head in shame. Do not shrink from the challenge that has been laid upon your shoulders. Raise your voice proudly in the name of peace and brotherhood. The children are depending on you. The world is depending on you - whether they know it or not.

1. Opinions vs. Behavior
You can have an "opinion" and "oppose war".
You can speak your mind, but a warmonger doesn´t listen to the voice of the people.

You can change your behavior, and "promote peace".

4. Agreed, but do you really think we're affecting anything?
I don't. I think they're running things to their agenda and they won't stop until they decide it's time to fold up shop. There's nothing standing in their way.

5. I think protesters are standing in the way!
And if they arrest them and silence them?

Then we need to stand up in their sted.

We can't stop just because they ignore us!!

NEVER SURRENDER!!! :grr:

OK?

6. Oh, I'm not surrendering
I'll never surrender. That would mean not being who I am anymore and becoming something I hate. At the same time I just can't deny the reality of what they've done and continue to do with impunity, and how bleak the forecast is.
