Immigrant gives up crossing into America to save a life
An illegal immigrant crossing over from Mexico into America came across a 9 year old boy. His mother had an accident in the van and had went down an embankment. The boy was uninjured but dis-orientated. He was wandering in the desert when the man came across him. He followed him back to the accident and tried to get the woman out. But she was pinned it and he couldn't. Since the boy was upset the man stayed with him. Started a fire in the freezing desert and gave the boy his coat. He comforted him and kept him warm til help arrived. The authorities said the guy probably saved the kids life. The INS took him into custody.

I think this guy shows that a lot of the immigrants trying to find refuge in this country are worth citizenship. And I think this guy should be given a boost up the ladder.

This was on the front page of CNN on line...BUT absolutely no where have I seen or heard anything else about this. I guess when an illegal does something good, the press ignores it.

1. I find it funny the Mexican government is absent in this whole affair.
You would think that any debate over the illegal immigration would largely center upon the Mexican government's absolute abandonment of their own people to poverty and in a nation that houses billionaires like Carlos Slim.

2. Carlos Slim; the man with the fat head and skinny brain.

I agree with O'Reilly in that Mexico's government needs to do more to encourage and strengthen their people, so they don't end up illegally emigrating in droves. Legal immigration is cool. Illegal immigration merely cheapens EVERYBODY involved and especially hurts those who took the time and energy to come here legally.

And I don't care which country of origin they are from.

Wow, talk about being off-topic. Carlos bought CompUSA in 2000 and since then the company went downhill. In late 2006-early 2007, they closed about 50% of their stores. Many products were grossly overpriced, but on the flip side of all the chain tech stores, theirs was the entity that had the most competent employees. (BB, Dork Troup, Shircuit Shity, et al, just didn't compare.)

Irretrievable and Morally Bankrupt'.

their government is too busy selling drugs to our government for distribution.. that is why the war on drugs only made things worse.. it actually picked one cartel and put the others out of business.. in order to control the price and maximize the profits

the Mexican government is exporting their poverty to make the 'Haves it alls' richer.. 'the have it alls are second to France in standard of livivg..that makes them the 8th highest standard of living in the world.

they are advertising and busing the under classes out of mexico.

this is the largest migration of people in the history of mankind
