Too much candidate trashing for me and the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back was last week when someone here who claims to be a Democrat posted a picture of Hillary Clinton in a Nazi uniform. THAT is what prompted my remarks.

2. Hi Guy, How's life on the Gulf Coast?

I haven't been able to listen to the whole show yet, but it's a pretty depressing start. I know how it goes with the medical stuff. I just threw $6K in medical expenses that took a good chunk of my savings. At least I had savings.

As far as the candidate bashing, I'm with you. I don't like it and try and ignore it as much as possible, but it still pisses me off. Just remember that there's no idealogical litmus test (or intelligence)for anyone to join.

Don't be a stranger, we need all the good people we can get.

3. It can't be just about Hillary, Guy

I've been put off by the general attacks, like, 'Democrats' do this or the other', without any specific point and no specific argument against an individual. Most of the Hillary bashing here has had specifics which can reasonably be debated.

Of course, you can always find the extreme poster on a board with the number of participants this one has at any time.

We are in a primary season where the candidates seem to have been picked for us by the amount of coverage they get. Politics has to be a contact sport if one is to be successful in elevating one's candidate. My wish is that folks concentrated more on elevating their choice than in pulling another one down. But when the candidates themselves play their deceptive and contradictory politics, they just ask for a response in kind from those of us who are at the receiving end of their snow job. It goes with the territory.

Brush the ridiculous posts off and continue to dig for the substance, like with ANY media. Thanks for your clarification and thoughts. Best of luck and happy Thanksgiving.
