Thom Hartmann AAR show :Saudis flogging woman 200 lashes
For being in a car without a male relative. She was gang raped, the men got jail time and she was sentenced to 90 lashes. Her lawyer complained to the media and the court re sentenced her.

Screw the Saudi courts. DU should make this a cause celebre world wide. Something needs to change badly in Saudi Arabia.

4. We can start by
stopping the nonsense that the Saudi's are our friends. I realize we have oil interests in the region but the treatment of women in Saudi Arabia (and so many other middle east countries) is abyssmal. That we tolerate it on the left (due to political correctness) and on the right (due to oil) is a blot on this country's conscience.
