5. GM has a lot of cash
But mainly, they have a big ability to borrow and/or recapitalize in order to finance such a deal. But I really don't see why they would want the deal.

6. First it is Daimler Chrysler...no wa Mercedes Benz will alloww
GM to own it. 2nd...gm cars suck big sweaty donkey balls and they are ugly as hell...gm would die to own Chrysler
