It just struck me that if the Congress keeps giving the decider everything he wants, we just might
just end up in some deep do-do we can't extricate ourselves from.

3. I'm thinking we passed that point. In December 2000, when the SCOTUS
placed Chimpy in office. The American people voted for Al Gore. He won the popular vote. Chimpy and his Repugs stole the White House from us.

That was the turning point, in my opinion. It may have been in the works for a long time, but that is when we truly began a journey whose destination was not the one our founding fathers intended.

...like Thom Hartmann said the other day... America was the victim of a coup in December 2000.., our legitimate government was subjugated and this cabal grabbed power from the people...

If we get our country back in 2008.. the impeachment of Scalia should be among the first of many...

6. It strikes me that folks make a big deal out of a "non-binding resolution" ...
... when it's abundantly clear that Smirk and Sneer regard absolutely anything passed by Congress as non-binding. :shrug:
