Police: Sex Offender Crawls Under Bathroom Stall To Fondle Boy
Man Released From Jail In April On Previous Sex Charge

HOLLY HILL, Fla. -- A registered sex offender was arrested on Friday morning, accused by police of climbing under a Volusia County park restroom stall and molesting a 15-year-old boy while masturbating.

James Walker, 38, was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 16, exposure of sexual organs, false imprisonment, simple battery and resisting arrest with violence.

According to Holly Hill police, the 15-year-old was in a restroom at Holly Land Park in the 1000 block of Ridgewood Avenue at about 7:50 a.m. when Walker entered the stall and struggled with the boy.

After molesting the boy, Walker fled the area on foot, police said. The victim alerted a groundskeeper and police were notified, according to a police report.
