Another mass grave found in western Iraq

Iraqi security forces discovered a new mass grave contained seven bodies in execution-style in Anbar province, a provincial police source said on Thursday.

The bodies, blindfolded and handcuffed, were found in the Lake Tharthar area east of Ramadi, some 100 km northwest of Baghdad, during a joint U.S. and Iraqi operation against the al-Qaida fighters in the area, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

Two more mass graves were also discovered in the area, but the security forces did not excavate them yet, the source said.
