I look at the erectile dysfunction commercials on t.v. news, and think, how disgusting would that be for a 13 y/o girl to think about an old guy in that manner. The news is not concerned about what your daughter thinks.

6. It was not all that long ago

that "personal products" were NEVER advertized on tv..

Imagine the horror of a young girl getting her first period these days, and discovering that it's not BLUE..like the "flying pad commercials" show us..when DID those things get wings, anyway??

I remember when they were in non-descript packaging and were called "sanitary napkins".. My son once asked why we did not use THEM instead of the plain old napkins :) (he was about 7 or 8)

Toothpaste & deodorant ..that was about it.. anything else was "too personal" to even mention..until that ratbastard Mr. Whipple.. It's ALL his fault :)
