So the media, the MSM MOSTLY did not cover what happened yesterday
that story SHOULD have led the news on every freaking channel

the fact that it didn;t is prima fasciae evidence that they are in cahoots and the Sherman Act has to be used.

Now, now for those who opose impeachment this may not be a bigggie, but it is just one more piece of evidence that
the news media doesn't cover the news, but set agendas.

3.  I have long ago given up on the corporate media
Once they jumped on with the flying graphics even when CNN was just three guys sitting at a set of plain desks while the gulf war broke out .

Since then it has gotten worse and worse and the graphics dominate the screen with all sorts of insane distraction while talking head fools parce and analyze what some insane politican has just said or that horrid excuse for a president has just tried to say .

The news has officially been terminated and become a joke that is not even laughable .

They enabled this attack on Iraq , they engaged the population in fear , they make important figures out of some insane wrestler or a shaved headed nim rod . And they are bought and paid for to sell corporate crap called products of desire , the desire of fools , the drug to make your world open up to the light .

I know this will never be what it once was as this country will never be what it once was .

6. We are living in a Police State and Cheney is the Chief of Police
Rove is happy and hiding out committing crime after crime.

Together the Crime Partners have created a News BlackOut and must have threatened our leaders with rides in small planes.

What a shame.

9. Well, if Hillary or Obama had done this, the media would be all over it
Edited on Wed Nov-07-07 07:30 PM by Quixote1818
No one knows who DK is. It was mentioned on the radio at the top of the hour several times yesterday but no one cares.

If it gets traction the media will be all over it because cash and ratings are all they care about.

PS. Even Air America hardly covered it, other than Randi who was watching the votes come in.

12. I didn't listen to Madow yesterday but Hartman only gave it a few minutes
Edited on Wed Nov-07-07 07:42 PM by Quixote1818
Ed Schultz mentioned it in passing a few times, Lionel didn't cover it, at least when I was listening.

I don't know why, but no one seemed to care about it. I am with you, I think it should have been a story but when even Air America hardly covers it, it tells you that for some reason no one but us cared.

Maybe if it had been Bush and not Cheney then it would have been different?

On Edit: I think it's because these charges have been around for so long people are numb to them. No one was hearing anything new and I don't think anyone expected it to go anywhere.

14. I must have missed both those interviews
but even so, they didn't continue to cover it after Kucinich left. They moved on to other subjects.

11. It's heartbreaking but never surprising
Sometimes I think I'd be a happier, healthier person if I just quit even paying attention to politics, global warming, disaster, drought.

I was talking to my mother today and she said we are killing ourselves, and I honestly believe we are an endangered species.
