Man... was my wife wrong!
She said - months ago - that oil would be a hundred bucks a barrel by Mithra's Birthday.

At 20:38 Eastern Time, NY Merc Exch price for oil was $97.42

We're currently arguing about which day this week it's gonna hit the $100 mark.

Hang on, folks, it's gonna be a bumpy ride!

1. I just filled the tank and it hurt. I know I'm still getting used to my Accord, but it feels like...
....I get somewhat worse mileage than my 17-y.o. Camry wagon. I hope I don't end up regretting buying my first sedan ever -- but it simply could be that with gas prices going through the roof it just feels like the gas is being sucked away faster.

Fortunately the Camry still has some years left in it...

Oh gods, we are so screwed by Bushco.
