6. well, Dennis introduced Articles of Impeachment on the House floor
Edited on Tue Nov-06-07 06:01 PM by MrCoffee
and 15 kinds of hell broke loose, the Repugs played Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer for utter chumps, and Dennis won me over.

21. Kos hates DK.
I'm curious to know how the guy who voted for Reagan and Bush et. al. framed this...

But not THAT curious.

14. Called his office today
He is truly a one in a generation mind. (Yes I took that from an episode of West Wing.) While I've supported JE for some time, I have given money to both. It was amazing what he did today... now what do you think the pugs are up to?

12. Please go to your caucus and stand for Dennis Kucinich
In many (most?) states, the primary is a non-binding beauty contest, with the actual delegates to the National Convention (which is where the presidential candidate is actually named) being picked by the caucuses. Vote, yes, but DO NOT FORGET TO ATTEND YOUR CAUCUS. Contact your local party officials to find out when and where; they are obligated by law to provide the correct information.

19. He is the best candidate by far
But last week he brought up legislation to ban handguns and I'm afraid this was a mistake for his campaign.

25. Nah, really it's perfectly understandable.
He rarely gets much metion, and when he does it's usually done with the snide mockery that we see so often even around here.

So... I'm just glad to know you didn't come around from actively thinking he was worthless / hopeless / embarassing. That "180" had me all WTF?!

:hi:

27. He is good people and I love him for trying today
it was ugly and it can't be easy to go up against that kind of crap. I didn't think much of Dennis until I started reading his proposals- and they're well though out and not "kooky".

I just wish he ran a better campaign.

28. He's principled, he's smart, he's a fighter
and you can always count on him to do the honorable thing, regardless of the consequences. He's also amazingly good at negotiating w/ opponents and consensus building - skills he developed more in the second half of his political career.

I lived in his district for several years and never had to worry about how he voted or which positions he took on issues. He's also one of the best campaigners I've seen, very good at it.

I'll be making a donation in the near future (and I'm a poor college student to boot!) to his campaign.
