just got switched to talk of the impeachment of Dick Cheney? IMO, that's a damned good thing to be cycling through the news for the next few days.

Let's hear Repukes go on air and defend Cheney's statements and crimes.

Thank goodness we have at least ONE Democrat who had the guts to bring this resolution to the floor.

Kucinich just won my vote in the primaries.

Thanks, Dennis.

4. That effects "news" organizations?
I thought that was all about "entertainment." (Not that the news organizations don't worry about entertainment before reporting the news.)

5. Let's See If DK Can Get More People On Board
Step one is done...and congrats to Cong. Kucinich for bringing this to the House floor. While I remain cynical, I am supportive and would love to be proven wrong that this thing can't fly. Now the game is to build support, which in turn will get corporate media attention, which could in-turn get even greater House support. Can Dennis get 100 Congresscritters to sign on? How about 130? When you start getting into those numbers then you're starting to build a consensus and the better chances this resolution won't die.

The problem is that this resolution has few sponsors and it is easy for the corporate media to blow it off as electioneering on Kucinich's part or of little consequence since it has such little support. The game now is to build on what's been done and get more Democratic Congressmen on board...especially those in safe blue districts who could turn this into a national "discussion" about the crimes that have eminated from the OVP.
