NOW ALL THE DEMS THAT VOTED TO TABLE H.R.333 ARE GOING TO FACE THE MUSIC
Repubs have forced the Dems to stand together or stand divided. This is going to be very interesting.

If the Republicans are against tabling, how can that be good for the Democrats?

Thanks for setting this up, Dennis. :eyes:

3. Dollars to doughnuts
The line on this tonight is going to be that the Republicans have listened to the American people and since a majority of Americans want Cheney gone, they want to proceed with impeachment.

It will make the Dems look bad and out of touch with the public and is going to turn a lot of public support away from the Dems and back to the Rethugs, who probably see how Cheney looks bad and makes them all look bad and figure that the best way to retake Congress in '08 will be to at least make it look like they want him gone.

4. Nope. The line on this tonight is that
the Republicans first saw that the Dems didn't have the votes for impeachment, then they turned around and forced a full discussion and vote on it, and they will take the inevitable 'no' vote as an victory for Bush.
