It is time to deal with serious issues, like SCHIP, water resources, education, and energy independence.

:spray:

It doesn't matter if a veto is overridden, the chimp will just render it moot with a signing statement.

Wake up!

Don't expect Congress to get any traction from now on. They just voted themselves into retirement.

11. So taking a stand against abuse of power isn't "serious?" High crimes...
...and misdemeanors aren't "serious?" The very foundations of our Constitution aren't serious?

And what "Congress thinks" doesn't matter. They need to learn what WE think of IMPEACHMENT.

NGU.

They were changing their votes from Yes to No.

I found that amazing.

29. The Democrats made it easy for them to take the "high road", sadly
Once the repubs were assured the Democrats would do their own in, they were free to change their votes and be able to say, with technical truth, they were for accountability, it was the Dems who stopped it.

The Democrats, imo, did it to themselves yet again. Disturbing, disastrous, heartbreaking.

21. Just because Congress bailed, are you suggesting it is not serious?
I would not use our Congress as any kind of barometer to judge what is serious or not. If they felt the need to end Shrub's war was serious , that debate would have ended months ago as well.

Kudos to Kucinich for walking, talking, and acting like a Democrat. A rare breed on a Hill filled with sheeple!
