I know... it will not go any good, but as far as I am concerned, I am not spending a single dime today

If enough of us do that... it MIGHT have an effect

If enough of us don't go to work... it MIGHT work

The problem is that most folks go... well others will not, so why should I?

Just a reminder, national actions only work when people participate and do not think about OTHERS doing it... they have a certain snow ball quality to them that way.

1. Too late

already had breakfast with my dad (every Tuesday) and got an oil change in the car. I am going out later for election parties because I feel that the candidates I have supported stand a good chance of winning. So I'll spend money on beverages. Sorry. Good idea though. Except why punish those who are in the service sector and depend on tips, etc. to get by? Seems unfair to me. There has to be a better way to express displeasure.
