In the last 24 hours, Kentucky Gov Ernie Fletcher (R, naturally) displayed the Ten Commandments in the Kentucky Capitol building on the eve of the election and had Pat Boone call voters with an anti-gay diatribe ("Kentucky will be like San Francisco!").

Oh, and NOBODY KNOWS who had automated calls from the "homosexual lobby" calling on behalf of Beshear/Mongiardo (the Democratic candidate for governor).

And then, Oak Grove Mayor Dan Potter draped City Hall in police tape, blocking access to food, rest rooms and phones... basically the entire building, except for the polling location, in an effort to intimidate voters, prompting poll workers to threaten a walk-out.

It's all so... Rovian.

Pat Boone seems to forget the affair he had. So monogamous relationships between two people of the same gender is a bad thing, but promiscuity between people of the opposite gender is alright by him. Quite the hypocrite.
