This Olbermann video is almost a year old but it contains a segment where constitutional law expert John Turley makes the statement that George W. Bush ordered illegal torture.

It also contains a video demonstration of what waterboarding is.

1. Thought underlings are not bound to illegal orders, but of course those who give illegal orders
might just teach one a hard lesson if one balks to an illegal order.

2. I don't blame those who carry out the orders that much, I want
to see the ultimate people responsible brought to justice.

... is it reasonable or equitable to focus on those who followed such orders.
