Texas County Official (Republican) caught in sting.
Wayne Dolcefino of ABC Houston followed a County Commissioner for a month and found he was spending his time on golf, at home, and spending tax payers money on vacations.

He also spent $750,000 on a campaign when he didnt have an opponent.

Wayne has four videos posted. They are incredibly damaging!
