If you don't get off your collective ass and start impeaching these people, YOU ARE TRAITORS. It really is that simple.

1. it really depends whose country you think it is.
bushco thinks it belongs to them. they believe they are the elite and we serve them and that taxes, resources and populus are theirs to direct and spend where they please.

We the people and the Constitution say they work for us and that this is our country.

Its crisis time.

2. Then they truly are the enemy within, and are still traitors by definition (in the Constitution)
They seek to overthrow our Constitutional government. They may not have outwardly declared war, but an enemy who throws the first strike rarely does declare war. They have declared war with their actions.

3. they truly do seek to overturn the constitution.
but just like in nazi germany and so many other places, they will do it by continutally breaking and then changing the laws, bending and then changing others to make it all appear legal.

one problem they face is how difficult it is to amend the constitution. they can pass all the sham laws and executive orders they want but if they collide with constitutional rights they are in fact not legal at all.

You mean like the right to a speedy trial or the right to have an attorney present or the right to Habeas Corpus, or the right of peaceable assembly (Free Speech zones) or right to unreasonable search and seizure, search without warrant. Which Constitutional rights might they collide with?

7. Isn't is a shame that our beloved country has come to what it has??
Sometimes I watch the news and see what bush and the republicans are doing and what the democratic congress is letting them get away with and I could cry.

I know, that the senate does not have a majority to get bills to the floor and I know that if it is an important bill for the welfare of the regular people of this country, and not the big corporations and the super rich, bush will veto it. But what makes me so damn mad is the fact that we have only seen a token offense from congress.

As I said, I understand about the bills. But, I am so so disappointed about the investigations, the attempt to pacify the public with these so called committee meetings. What has come of them. They haven't even brought one of the crooks and traitors to testify, much less hold them accountable.

Most of all no body is even going after rove. Look at all the stuff his dirty, bloody hands are involved in. They have evidence about the governor of Alabama being railroaded at the orders of rove. Did anybody check the fact that the whistle blowers house was burnt to the ground. Do you mean the arson investigators in Alabama are so stupid, so inept they couldn't find something. Wouldn't that turn into a federal investigation. Oh no. rove probably stopped it.

If this bunch of clowns in congress, would only take ONE INVESTIGATION, and bring it to conclusion, and show us results, we might think they are doing something. I guess they think the public is as stupid and slow moving as they are.
