Our city has a big scandal going on involving the former sheriff,

the current district attorney, and I don't know who else.

The former sheriff works as an investigator for the DA now. But he was arrested for aggravated homosexual assault of a minor, and others wonder about a cover-up. I wonder if there could be former employees who hate him enough to set up a crime to trap him.

Anyway, after reading the thread on Laurie Jessop and her alternative treament of her son's melanoma, and the CPS' involvement and how she was treated in jail, nothing surprises me about the cops anymore.

2. I'm in Texas,
in Victoria, a city of about 70,000. The ex-sheriff is divorced (not that it means anything in aggravated sex scandals), but I suspect he had alot of enemies, even in law enforcement. So I suspect it is possible that he was set up for this, but you never know.
