4. Ford,

truly the most boring president ever. I saw him giving a talk on CSPAN the other night, he was out of office at the time. When the camera would pan to the audience, at least one person was nodding off. Although I'd happily trade boredom for the sheer terror and rage that Giggly brings everyday.

The new book on him is kinda interesting. He was pissed that Reagan got the nod in 1980 and not him. He thought Bill Clinton was a horndog but a great politician and that Hillary was ambitious and tougher than Bill. That she would run for President but lose, because the country isn't ready for a 'lady president'. He also loved Dick Cheney like a son so he can fuck off and die. Oh wait...
