South coast citizens should give thanks that Noel is
not heading their way. This is a massive rain system

Rain is still falling in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica and Cuba. I don't want to imagine what they are facing because our Eastern parishes are under water with several communities marooned.

3. if you could send that thing to North GA for a few days
we would appreciate it...we are about 17" short of rainfall for the year and that would just about do it for us.

Thanks,
sP

5. Wish I could although I'm not sure you want to
experience what I saw on TV re DR. Over 40 people are dead right now and many more are missing.

7. well, we never would get the winds and rain amounts YOU are getting
but we could sure use the REMNANTS of a storm! Good luck and best wishes for safety for you and yours!

8. We don't have any serious wind but this
blasted rain just won't stop falling. It took me three hours to get home this evening - usually a 15 minute drive. We all had to use an alternative route as the main road was flooded and there was complete gridlock. Bearing in mind that the main part of this system didn't come near Jamaica, I can't imagine what DR and Haiti look like tonight.

The good news rain is coming. Today Noel literally stopped moving and is now moving North at 2mph. The North Eastern US and Canadian coastline is in for some rough waves and loads of rain. Hope you get some of the rain.

4. Come on, baby, come on. We need you here on Americas penis.
Florida needs the rain big time. That sucker should just come ashore and park itself right over Lake Okeechobee until it gives up all its water.

6. Guess for the water starved this is like watching a beautiful meal
being prepared and then watching the leg of the dining table break destroying all the food. On the other hand we're had so much rain this month that we're stuffed.
