Should I announce I am not really northern European? What is the sense in all this? Inquiring minds want to know.

1. Exactly. This whole "black enough" discussion is ridiculous
All of it perpetuated by the wingnuts and FOX, of course.

2. the bottom ticker on fox 2 days ago "Is Obama black enough?"
"Is Hillary Clinton enough of a woman?"

"Is Guiliani enough of an old, bald, adulterer?"

The list is endless?

Why is the MSM judging this?

'Is the MSM objective enough?' ha!

3. "Is He Black Enough"
If you saw Colbert show (video): http://www.jwharrison.com/blog/2007/02/10/the-colbert-report-barack-obama-isnt-black/

You know there is some aspects of this that are hard to figure.

4. Translation: Is Obama "American" enough, IMHO
Any candidate that isn't white, WASP and descended from the Mayflower has gotten the same treatment. Its a tradition elevated to a religion among the media nowadays.

5. Good point.
Though they did love Ronnie Raygunz in his time and he was of Irish descent. But otherwise pretty much was a White Irish Star Protestant (WISP) so pretty close to a real WASP.

10. WISP?
Is that an Irish person that came over on a White Star Line (Cunard) ship, as depicted in the bowels of the Titanic, in the movie?

Never heard that term. I'm a WASP but not of the proper upper social class, so I'm just as fucked over as everybody else.

8. Well, if north of the Alps and west of the Rhine, I've got a piece of it
Actually, I can think of many good reasons not to vote for Mitt Romney. That he is a Mormon is not one of them.
