14. I've been lurking since before 9/11

Hi zidzi, During the first few months of Bush's administration he was galloping along refusing to sign off on the Kyoto agreement and undermining all the longstanding social programs and cutting military pay and benefits, etc. I looked for someone, anyone in the media to say something and to notice, but not one person commented. In pure desperation and with growing fear I googled "liberal sites" and voila, DU and Buzzflash and quite a few other links came up. I've been coming here practically on a daily basis ever since. I owe my sanity to you guys.
