Excellent interview on voting rights--listen tonight
Wisconsin Public Radio will replay a very interesting interview from this morning on several different problems with voting rights in the United States. During the part I was able to hear, they discussed the difficulties that citizens abroad have in trying to cast an absentee ballot, vote caging, secretaries of state controlling the process while being political functionaries, and voter IDs. I'm planning to listen again tonight to pick up the parts I missed. You can listen on-line at 10 p.m. by going to www.wpr.org.

10:00 PM Kathleen Dunn - 10/24E
After ten, Kathleen Dunn and her guests discuss the call to fire the
Voting Chief over comments made about elderly minorities not aging
like white Americans. A look at minority rights at the polls.
Guests:
- Bruce Cain, Professor of Political Science, U.C.
Berkeley. Director, University of California Washington Center,
Washington D.C.
- TBA
