O'Reilly falsely claimed Edwards is for "abolition of all anti-terror measures"
http://mediamatters.org/items/200710230012?f=h_latest

Summary: Bill O'Reilly falsely claimed that "abolition of all anti-terror measures" is one of John Edwards's "major campaign themes." But in making that claim, O'Reilly ignored a recent speech in which Edwards called for "a comprehensive new counterterrorism policy that will be defined by two principles -- strength and cooperation" and suggested the creation of "a new multilateral organization called the Counterterrorism and Intelligence Treaty Organization."

4. I disagree . . . I want to hear what these cretins are saying
There are a lot of citizens that hang on to every word of O'Reilly, Hannity, Rush and the rest. You can hear in their comments who they listen to. This is what the Dems need to contend with when they speak. These cretins are speaking from an organized set of talking points - they are not acting singularly. Listen to the words they use - they are the same as they speak of privatization of social security, charter schools, terrorism, and the rest of the reich-wing disasters.

We need to be aware of the lies they are spreading.

5. For some reason, OReilly has been anti-Edwards from day
one. I suppose now that Edwards is getting more attention
on the Net-Oreilly is going after him again. This obsession
is puzzling.

6. He secretly has the hots for him
I've long suspected Billo is a self-loathing closeted homosexual - he's obsessed with a good-looking man

7. O'Reilly et al would love to have Edwards as our nominee.
Easy pickings. The Rovians would destroy him.

8. Actually, I don't think so.
Edwards seems to have one hell of a response team. He seems to be the first of the candidates to make a comment about a news event. Or maybe it's just his team here who seem to post it first, I don't know. I think he learned a lot about the 2004 election process and has contingencies in place for just about everything.
