Why I call the White House comment line

Of COURSE it's not because I think the comments are getting to King George, or that he would care if they did.

It's to convey a message to the people who actually answer the phones.

I called for that reason even when I thought they were staffers, but I just found out they are VOLUNTEERS! (If I appear stupid for just finding that out, oh well....)

These are people living in the DC area who care enough to volunteer their time. I bet they even think about what they hear. So tell them! Maybe they'll tell all their friends! It's worth a couple of minutes.

3. My brother calls all the time.

He says that one of the answerers is a real piece of work. She will bitch at him if he says anything negative about bush. Wants to know why he thinks he is not a good president. Guess that's why she volunteers she loves to kiss asscrack.

I've never had any of them argue with me. Just listen to my comments and say "thank you." I hope I get that one some day - should be interesting.
