Can Legislators not call Shrub a Lier in the Congress?
Just glanced by C-span and saw an interesting exchange where a female Dem (forgot her name: blond, young) read from an editorial.

The acting speaker cited her for breaking the rules which doesn't allow for a member of congress to call the president a prevaricator, directly or indirectly, on the congress floor.

Did I hear that right?

And if that's so, what if the President was lying?

1. That's correct. You can't make disparaging remarks about the President
on the floor. But it's all a gray area now.

4. Why would you worry about House rules, when bushitler doesn't follow his own laws that he made with
utilization of signing statements, and don't ask me which ones.

6. Rules are made to be broken.
Or at the very least, changed.
