I have a beef with Cafe Press.

I can't believe the Pug strategy of renaming and thus
controlling the Democratic Party has reached even Cafe Press!

A lot of folks I know order their Dem bling from Cafe Press.
CP even advertises on Air America. It's a small issue when compared
to, say, global warming, but image is everything in politics.
So I emailed them a message, and ask you to do the same.

Under the left-hand side menu for political parties, you list the blue
party as "Democrat." The proper name is "Democratic," as in
Democratic Party. An individual member of that party is called a
Democrat. I'd appreciate your making that change before I order any
more products. I will ask members of the Democratic Underground to
clarify for you, if necessary.

Grand Old Party instead of republican, and then Democratic Party would work as our name.

It does get under my (thin, I guess!) skin, leaving that little 'ic' off, but not in this case; seems legit and harmless and the-way-it's-always-been, imho.
