How do we demand war criminal investigation of this administration?
Yesterday, I googled war crimes and the Bush administration..there were over 2 million articles, blogs, etc...then I googled, congress investigations into war crimes of this administration and there were 222 thousand...and other than Blackwater I couldnt find any actual links...we all know the facts...or at least some of them...I dont care so much about impeachment as I care about convictions for crimes against humanity....and I dont know if the bill got passed giving a retroactive pardon to this administration for war crimes...did that happen?

If Congress wont do it...and the evidence is overwhelming re war profiteering etc...how do we do it? how do we bring this to the forefront of the American public?

1. The greatest problem is....
.... the media is controlled by this administration or its republican cronies. They just don't care to let the people know the "TRUTH" because they too are complicit in the coup d'etat of 2000.

4. Retroactive War Crime Protection Proposed - 2006
Didn't the Rs pass a law making that impossible in the USA before the DEMs got control?

Retroactive War Crime Protection Proposed
by Pete Yost - http://www.commondreams.org/headlines06/0810-04.htm

The Bush administration drafted amendments to the War Crimes Act that would retroactively protect policymakers from possible criminal charges for authorizing any humiliating and degrading treatment of detainees, according to lawyers who have seen the proposal.

The move by the administration is the latest effort to deal with treatment of those taken into custody in the war on terror.

At issue are interrogations carried out by the CIA, and the degree to which harsh tactics such as water-boarding were authorized by administration officials. A separate law, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, applies to the military. .....
