It was never practical.

It would have led to investigation of the entire corrupt political system we live under. Very few of our leaders would have survived the scrutiny. They are not protecting bush, they are protecting each other.

Should be an impeachable offense to violate the oath of office -- maybe it's time to throw ALL the bums out, and start fresh...
