TWICE. And Bush is psychologically torn by his jealousy of his father's being legitimately elected AND ALSO by his fury that we booted his old man out.

Moreover, he was never brought up to be a traditional "loyal American", not with a Nazi-lover for a grandfather and a CIA-Chief-involved-in-God-knows-what-besides-Iran-Contra father.

Bush reveals his antipathy to this nation along with his utter lack of feeling that he is a fellow CITIZEN bound by U.S. LAWS when he refers to AMERICAN CITIES as "this part of the world."
