My response as a MoveOn member to the DSCC today -
James Carville sent out a fund raising email for the DSCC this afternoon and since I'm really pissed off right now fired off this response:

"Sorry James -

I'm a MoveOn.Org member and, having just been censured by this very Senate, I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling for you all just now. I gave my monthly political money to MoveOn.

When the Democratic Senate can stand up for me and others like me rather than wasting time on "sense of the Senate" censures, I'll reconsider where my money goes.

I'm sure you understand."

I already emailed Senator Webb last night and let him know that a donation to MoveOn.Org had been made in "honor" of his vote. I'm still furious though so probably need to "share the love" with Senator Warner as well.

I'm so mad I could spit nails!

1. Wonderful response, vademocrat!
I understand from a Moveon.org email this morning that they received a half-million dollars after that censure --in one day -- and they're hoping to raise a million today. I did my part for the half-million yesterday and am looking forward with some glee to getting my own DSCC fund raiser and giving them nothing but a piece of my mind. You've given me a great text for that!

and it didn't bounce back from their mail server so maybe someone will actually read it...

3. Bravo, bravo
I was so damn mad .:grr: when I watched the Today show I wanted to break something. What the hell about those assholes Swiftboaters, censor those bastards too, they started this shit. I'm ashamed of the democrats that we elected to represent us, I thought they had some gonads but I see they are "yes siree Mr. Republican" all the way. If the damn republicans weren't so worried/scared shitless of what these ads could and was doing they would never of brought this censorship up. Keep it up Moveon.org, you got them shaking. I do know that Hillary Clinton did NOT vote to support this censorship.....she's me candidate
