Soliciting sex for dummies. Is it a crime?
I know that Craig,s peeping is the strongest. I just don't understand how female prostitutes get yanked of to jail with fines and possible jail time and the john gets charged with WHAT?

Does anyone believe that prostitutes don't use code when soliciting sex? What about the mafia and all the code words that the feds prove their cases with? Code is used to avoid arrest by police.

All over the internet you can find sites directing where to solicit public restroom gay sex and also how to use the code (tapping foot, etc.) I just don't see anything wrong with Craig getting caught in this kind of sting action.

Do we really believe that the men waiting in a stall to offer their services are doing it without a $$$$ figure negotiated exchanged.

What punishment does our law provide for a person paying for the sexual service?

I know cuz, I read about the charge against one of my former College Presidents!

He claimed he was asking for directions and I'm SURE he was!

4. IMHO
You can ask for sex anywhere you want but if you don't see the imprudence of doing so you might learn a very unpleasant lesson... And it was Craig's peeping which was unlawful...

I am for the decriminalization of prostitution but I am sympathetic to stings that target sreetwalkers... Streetwalkers, invariably target working class neighborhoods to ply their trade and end up walking and actually working in the view of folks who just want to go about their lives and really not see that stuff...
