Did I hear Al Franken's last radio show on Friday, Feb. 9th?
He is apparently readying himself for a political run in Minnesota. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I've been very busy in Las Vegas and have been unable to keep up with either the news at the DU or whatever is left of AAR.

Anyone with other details, please let me know.

Thanks so much.

And that Thom Hartmann will take his slot beginning the 19th.

What have you been doing in Vegas, Radio Lady--washing restaurant dishes to pay off your gambling debts?

3. I understand now. He said that Friday was the last "Wait! Wait! Don't tell me!"

He's leaving on Wednesday, February 14th, Valentine's Day. It's been an interesting few years listening to him, but he's really not a great radio broadcaster.

I'm eager to see what they do in Portland, OR, where Thom Hartmann has been doing a local 6AM to 9AM shift, with Al Franken occupying 9 AM to 12 Noon, Ed Schultz 12 - 3 PM, Randi Rhodes 3 - 6 PM.

Thom Hartman comes on again at 9 PM, I believe, for a national show, but I don't listen to talk radio in the late evening.

I'll have to check their website: http://www.620kpoj.com

Thanks for your comments.

6. Coffeenap, thanks for this additional information. I do appreciate it.
I'll try to listen with my heart (Oh, it's Valentine's Day, so I thought I'd be funny).
