Patience? They want us to have patience? Hell no.
Edited on Fri Sep-14-07 06:21 PM by MN Against Bush
Last night Commander Chickenhawk stood before the cameras to once again call on the American people to have patience.

We are supposed to have patience while people are being killed by the thousands.

We are supposed to have patience while hundreds of billions of our tax dollars are thrown away.

We are supposed to have patience while children are having their limbs blown off.

We are supposed to have patience while families are being torn apart.

And we are supposed to have patience while we are continually lied to.

You know what I have to say about that? Anyone who says we should patiently watch people die is a sick, demented, and dangerous person. What makes this call for patience even more sickening is that the Republicans are not just asking us to be patient for just a few days, or a few weeks, or a few months, or even a few years. No, they are asking us to be patient forever while they build their permanent military bases.

There are times in which patience can be a virtue, but when thousands of lives are on the line patience is not an option. We need to end this occupation, and we need to end this occupation now.

I will not be patient, I want the killing to end and I want the people who are responsible for all this death marched off to the Hague immediately. There is no time to waste.

5. And we need to get your nephew home.
There are far too many people like you right now who have a family member in harms way, please know that we are all standing with you to reunite your family again.

4. there have been far too many patients already- and far too many
corpses and graves.

How much patience did * have going into this hellhole? He was anything BUT patient- or reasonable- or rational.

Patience doesn't apply here-
