a year and a half ago, and I set it up once for when we had a party, and haven't listened to it since.

Then they got me a police scanner radio for last Christmas, because I sell pictures of local disasters / accidents to the Hartford newspaper, and I've used it maybe six times.

Seems that when it first came on, the vertical dimension was "squished" so his face was rounder and his ears looked like elf ears (according to my kids, 9 and 12). They seem to have it fixed now so that the dimensions are more accurate. (He still looks like a doofus tho.)
