I had to go to work right after "the witnesses'" opening statements, and the feeling that the Party line would soothe our Congress (again) was a depressing one to harbor during my whole shift.
I too am hopping that week's further hearings draw color to the Congress' cheeks and brings the general and the ambassadors' best honorable selves forth.

This really might go bad now - I know. Really bad for our country. I keep that in mind.

I held back a lot in respect of the service. In my heart I still want to believe in them.

That they try and want to do the right thing. God knows I think most do want that.

I really do.

This really goes the way it appears - well, that is different.

Like I implied - many things true were never said out loud on CNN.

And I can't get articled 15 for saying them either. I have a few relatives over there - not one.

Anything my little boy says is little compared to what others said to me. For some this is their third war at this point now. And I know what snatch and grab means - I know the deal.

Please don't test that - I said once my family commanded a war- it is true - and I am my fathers son too. ANd this ain't WWII either
