1. Me too, but I prefer Gore.
I think Gore/Edwards would be a fine ticket.

8. Gore/Edwards is IMHO the only ticket that would
restore respect for our country around the world;
appeal to the 'silent' majority;
have the ability to repair the damage done to our country by the Bush/GOP rampage (economy, ethics, education, etc.)

Unfortunately, there is no indication Gore is considering running and all the Hillary/Obama hype is drowning out the pleas of many of us for Gore to get into the race.

However, I have to believe Gore understands that the country needs him in this critical place in history and that he will, hopefully, accept the inevitable - that he needs to run. If not, I fear the country and her people will be totally screwed - for decades.

16. Me too, except I doubt Edwards would agree to be second on the ticket again.
If Gore doesn't run, I am an Edwards supporter.

5. I would prefer Gore
but I became tired of the blue hue my face was taking on from holding my breath!

In the end, Al Gore has to follow his heart and his conscience on whether or not to run. Should he do so, I would very likely shift my allegiance, at least at this point in the campaign.

If he does not run, I am sure Edwards would not hesitate to appoint him to a major Cabinet post, like Secretary of the Interior.

13. Me too
and yes, I have to, because Gore is not running.

Edwards has the savvy, the experience, the drive and the distance from the corporate lobbyists to lead America where it needs to be.

No, he is not "perfect" - but who among the electable few is?

Hillary is hated, Barack is too new - Edwards has the best program and chances to bring us home.
