Thus far, few have noted the DVD's absence in the marketplace. Among those who have are conservative talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh, who questioned last month why the disc isn't available on the nation's retail shelves. The article is definitely written from the Right's point of view, but there are nevertheless the legitimate questions: Who is making the decision not to release the DVD, and why?

'Path to 9/11' was a rightwing pile of steaming shit designed to blame Bill Clinton's sexual adventures for the attack on 9-11. But that is a separate issue. Maybe ABC doesn't want another PR battle. While it doesn't make sense that ABC is withholding it to help Clinton (they're part of Disney - a right-wing media corporation), the question still needs to be answered.
