What ever happened to our "war czar"?
Some guy named Lute was appointed by the Idiot some time ago to oversee his failed wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. There was much fanfare at the time of the appointment. Since then, I have heard nothing whatsoever about or from Lute - and I'm a news junkie!

What has Lute done as "war czar"? What has he said? What is his policy? Hello? Anyone? Bueller?

1. The money they had budgeted for him disappeared with the weapons
that disappeared. When they find the pallet the money was on, they will get the czar up & running.

3. He's behind the scenes, planting the seeds for a draft. Seriously.
Oh, and he's concerned about the troops.

(from August 10):

Lt. Gen. Douglas Lute, assistant to the president and deputy national security adviser for Iraq and Afghanistan, says he is concerned about the toll the war in Iraq and extended deployments are taking on U.S. forces.

The man who is widely known as the "war czar" also says that from a military standpoint, a return to a draft should be part of the discussion.

Other than that, not much.

6. His main job is to make sure the other departments enforce the WH policies-
so he works a lot behind the scenes.

7. Are you remembering stuff again?
Perhaps it's time for a little . . . re-education. You're only supposed to remember things for as long as our Dear Leader wants you to remember them. Next you'll probably bring up the Quds forces, and you're not supposed to remember them. They, like the war czar, were useful for one or two news cycles to rivet public attention, but we're on to something else now. Please dwell on Michael Vick or Miss Teen South Carolina. Your choice. But don't remember stuff you're not supposed to remember. Capiche?
