They let this guy out on bail??
Man charged in hit-and-run spree

A man twice convicted of drunken driving is now accused of driving drunk and causing thousands of dollars in damage during a hit-and-run spree Monday night in Overland Park.

David Neal Larue went free on $25,000 bond Tuesday evening after appearing in Johnson County District Court on charges including property damage, assault on a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence for the third time, and driving while his license was suspended for being a habitual motor vehicle offense violator.

Authorities said Larue previously was convicted of drunken driving in 1999 and in 2003. Other convictions include burglary, theft and driving without a license, according to Kansas criminal records.

According to court papers, he is accused of crashing a pickup truck Monday night into a police cruiser, the air conditioning unit of a building and at least one other vehicle.

POSTED: 5:59 am EDT August 14, 2007

BOSTON --

A noise complaint landed a Hyannis, Mass., man behind bars on gun and child pornography charges Monday.

Harris Taubman, 47, was arrested after police said he pointed a shotgun at a neighbor who asked him to be quiet.

Police later found several boxes of what appeared to be child pornography along with four guns but no permits among Taubman's belongings.

Taubman was arraigned on the charges in Barnstable District Court Monday.

----------------

You should've seen how many boxes of video's he had!! Unbelievable.
I can't seem to find the video from the newscast.

Check out this story I found at your link! LOL!!

BOSTON -- Massachusetts State Police are reviewing the conduct of one of its officers after he had his picture taken at an accident scene with a well-known pornographic movie star.

BostonNow reported that the trooper responded to an accident on the Massachusetts Turnpike Saturday night. A drunken driver had swerved in front of the tour bus of porn star Ron Jeremy.

While investigating the accident, the trooper, in uniform, had his picture taken with Jeremy. The picture was taken by a passenger on Jeremy's bus.

4. Seen the new prototype that won't let a person drive after consumption of ANY alcohol?

Coming to a neighborhood near you. It tests through skin on hands on steering wheel. It will actually shut down with a positive test. It will put the machine interlock device renters out of business. Heh! I like that part too!

6. Yeah, but when he makes it to court, he's gonna be sentenced to just short of forever
A guy like that ain't gonna run. He's not got it enough together to jump bail and go anywhere.

You know the guy must have major problems on multiple levels.

Too bad he won't get the help he needs in jail either.

You're right, though, he won't get any help there.
